E.U.T.A. Extremely Unethical Tactickle Squad. A covert ops government squadron sent to spread happiness and joy. Your current target is an office building close to the local Wegmans grocery store. It's really boring and everyone hates it there. A hit has been called in to the EUTA and all ethics have now gone out the window. You've activated a deadly unethical bomb in an office building to break in and now must tickle everyone before you are caught by the manager (he does not approve of your methods).
